FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETED PIECE
When a space already has its own concept,
the furniture must grow from it.
The project was completed for Maja Rajić, the owner of the beauty studio. Our role in the interior was to create fully bespoke upholstered pieces according to the client’s brief and drawings. Every element was developed in relation to the existing concept of the space — from form and proportions to the choice of materials, colour and finishing details.
The sofa’s organic lines, sculptural armchairs and rounded forms were created to sit naturally within the architecture while providing the comfort, durability and function required by a busy beauty studio. The result is not a collection of added objects, but furniture that gives the interior continuity.
ORGANIC SOFA / CENTREPIECE
A form developed for the space, not taken from a catalogue.
The organic sofa, made to the client’s drawings, connects the waiting area with the character of the entire beauty studio.
PROPORTIONS / COMFORT
Soft geometry without unnecessary detail.
The rounded seat, soft backrest and cylindrical cushions are resolved as one calm, sculptural composition.
SCULPTURAL ARMCHAIRS / PAIR
The same material, a different function.
The pair of upholstered armchairs repeats the sofa’s organic language and carries the same material into another functional area.
ARMCHAIR / CRAFT DETAIL
A compact form shaped for daily use.
The compact armchair combines full comfort, a rounded form and a stable base suited to intensive daily use.
TREATMENT AREA / CALM TONES
Comfort coordinated with the way the space is used.
The neutral treatment chairs are coordinated with the stone, brass details and warm ambient lighting.
INTERIOR / A COHESIVE WHOLE
Every piece belongs to the same story of the space.
In the treatment area, the furniture remains calm and elegant while providing the comfort the client needs and the function the work requires.

Working from the client’s drawings
The starting point was a clearly defined interior concept. Furni transformed the drawings and desired forms into structurally resolved, fully upholstered pieces ready for daily use.
Proportions for a specific space
Width, depth, seat height and radii were coordinated with the position of each piece, movement through the studio and the way each area is used.
Material, colour and finishing
Orange fabric gives emphasis to the sofa and sculptural armchairs, while neutral tones in the treatment area complement the stone, light and calmer character of that part of the interior.
Comfort for daily work
Behind the soft organic lines are a stable structure, carefully shaped filling and upholstery finished for a refined appearance and repeated use.
THE RESULT
Furniture that is not added afterwards.
It belongs to the space.
Different functional areas are connected by the same sense of soft geometry, precise proportions and materials. Every piece has its own role, yet together they speak the same visual language of the beauty studio.
